1 How do you accept payment?
We proudly use Shopify for our e-commerce site. We accepts most credit cards as well as PayPal. They have a secure checkout that ensures your safety and privacy. So sit back and relax!
2 How long will my order take?
Each item is handmade and made to order and can take up to 5-14 business days (+ shipping time)
3 How do you ship?
Shipments are done through Canada Post Small Packet Mail. You will receive a confirmation of shipment email once your product has been shipped.
(Tracking information for all domestic orders will be sent with confirmation of shipment. For international orders tracking info, please contact us first. No tracking will be provided otherwise and we are not responsible for lost items)

4 How do I track my order?
For all domestic orders tracking information will be emailed to you. For all US or International orders tracking may be offered using upgraded shipping.
5 Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can. If you cancel your purchase within 24 hours and the item has not been shipped we will gladly issue the refund. Any longer it will fall under the return policy (listed below)

Damaged item(s), or item(s) is different from product description:
We try our best to make sure that we describe and photograph our products as best we can. If you've received your package and it is damaged or by some bad chance isn't what you ordered contact us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will try our best to fix the situation ASAP. This policy expires within 14 days once the product has been delivered.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note for hygienic purposes our bikini bottoms are non refundable. Custom items are non-refundable. International orders are subject to non returns. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
Steps to take for damaged item or wrong item(s):
1) Contact us right away at email@example.com.
a) Provide the issue. Is it damaged? is it the wrong item? the wrong color? or wrong size?
2. Provide proof of purchase.
3. Depending on the situation a full refund or a new product will be sent to you at no extra cost.

Changed your mind?:
No problem! If you ordered an item(s) and changed your mind you may return the item and will be issued a refund or an exchange (not eligible on custom orders). The return shipping costs (there and back) will be at your expense when exchanging an item for another.When a full monetary refund is issued the original shipping cost will not be refunded. (original cost $- shipping $ = your refunded amount $ ). This policy expires 14 days after receiving the item. The item must be unused, unwashed and in the exact same condition as received. Please not for hygienic purposes our summer collection bikinis/crop tops/shorts are non-refundable. If you have an issue please contact us right away.If the item does not fall under this criteria you may not be eligible to a refund or an exchange.
Steps to return:

Provide all necessary information with regards to your refund to find out if you are eligible. a) The reason for return-did not like it? did not fit? Just changed your mind? 2. Proof of purchase. 3. Follow your delivery guidelines for packaging (UPS,CANADA POST ect.)

Custom orders are not eligible for returns.
Reasons your refund/exchange could be denied:
1. The product is not in original condition.
2. The product is used.
3. The product is washed.
4. The product is damaged due to negligence on buyers side.
5. The product has past the 14 day return period.
6. You failed to follow the instructions for the return ( ex: contacting us first, given the necessary information to return the item or money to you, describing the issue)
7. The product is not returned to us.
8. You tampered with the product causing damage for a faulty return.
