Fall Favs. My fool proof banana bread/muffin recipe!

1 cup whole wheat flour

1/2 cup white flour

1 cup sugar ( can put 1/2 cup)

1 cup dark chocolate chips

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch of salt

Pinch of Magic baking powder

 

1 egg beaten

1/4 cup butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 bananas thawed ( ripe/frozen)

 

Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately then combine.

Heat oven 375 degrees.

Grease baking pan or muffin tins.

Muffins=20-25 mins. Stick fork, if it comes out clean it is ready. I always check around 15 mins to make sure, it is better to under cook than over cook!

Bread: 35-40 mins Stick fork, if it comes out clean it is ready. I always check around 30 mins to make sure, it is better to under cook than over cook!

Let cool for 15 mins and then eat up!
